How to change the contents of the email autoresponder

Hello Kiran in support did great he answered my questions about setting up conditions for emails.

However - I forgot to ask how can I add a message in the auto responder as I will be setting up 2 emails for auto responding and how can I makes sure the right email is linked to the right auto responding - if a client declines insurance.
