Hallo meine Formulare funktionieren nicht mehr, was ist da los?

    ich kann meine Formulare nicht mehr in meiner Homepage sehen.

    Da steht immer "Form not found".

    Your account and forms are auto suspended by our phishing filter because of the suspected phishing forms you have, Inside three of your forms you have fields that are asking for sensitive banking information and that is against Jotform terms of use

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    You need to remove those fields from your forms or we can removed them for you and only then we can reactivate your account. 

    If you want to have payment fields inside of your form you have to use one of Jotform payment tools.

    If you need to collect banking information, you could do so in a follow up email or over the phone. Bank account numbers, social security/passport ID numbers, anything of that nature we do not allow to be collected through our forms.
