Cancelling Premium service

    I seem to be getting runaround when trying to cancel premium service. I keep being told my name and password are incorrect.

    You are paying your subscription via the payment gateway, Plimus.

    I have now cancelled you subscription for you.  You will not get charged again.  Your subscription will stay premium until April 15, 2012.

    Feel free to upgrade back to a paid subscription anytime you wish!  If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.
