Setting payment subscription with PayPal

Have another question with regards to PayPal on the subscription payment
part.
Total payments = 48 months subscription. Noted that there is a First
Payment. Do I put anything in this payment or just leave it empty if there
is no setup fees involved?
Or it should be First Payment of $245 subsequently followed by subscription
period of 47 months?

If you do not require any setup fee in your subscription, you simply need to add the regular price. But if there is a variation in the payment for the first month, you can add the additional fee plus the regular price in 'First Payment' field from the payment Wizard.
