Also have another question on Paypal. We have merchant account in currency
SGD. However we wish to receive payment in another currency which is MYR.
Our product is priced fixed at MYR. How do we do the variable currency
conversion in SGD for the payment to our PayPal account?
Have asked PayPal Tech Support but not too clear as well what we can do.

What you can do is use the SGD currency in your form, and provide people who make payment in MYR currency a way to convert the amount they have to pay with the Currency Converter Widget.

Hi Huberson, we actually prefer for MYR (fixed price) is what they see, but
SGD (which now becomes variable based on ongoing exchange rate) is what
goes on behind the 'programming'. Is there a way to workaround? May need
programming/API assistance not sure where to turn to.

I'm not if understood what you're trying to achieve, could we get more details please?

Also, could be possible to get the link / ID to your form? Please, provide us with that so we will be able to check it for you, I think that this may be achieved by using calculation in your form, but please provide us a bit more about it as well as the form, we will be glad to help you.

Hi arising from this, have additional questions as well. This is with referred to my cloned form here which I have simplified the fields. https://form.jotform.me/61400409328448

We have many different courses. Each course comes out with variable of installment plans (which we make it become PayPal subscription).

    Question 1:

Is there better way to organize the courses or subscription? Or we need to create many PayPal subscription buttons for different course picked and create lots of CONDITIONS of Show/Hide/Require for each different courses?

    Question 2:

The currency shown is in MYR. This we preferred be the front end collected amount from customers. But actually unknown to them, our collection is actually in SGD. This is converted to them in the front end seen as MYR fixed at the same price. The only variable is what we receive at that point in time based on forex rate.

Further questions deriving from the below:

Total Installment Arrangement refers to how many installments the customer require.
Installment Arrangement refers to Installment Number, Post-Dated Cheque Dates, Cheque Number to be filled up by customer + Date Cheque Cleared to be filled up by our Accounts.

    Question 3:

After customer chosen Total Installment Arrangement, the corresponding number of tick boxes will appear. Once ticked show, it will show its own corresponding Upload Image Preview field (which can then become part of responder form to customer either via email/PDF. So far this is the best apps I've checked. I find File Upload field is not good enough as not display the picture of receipt/cheque image for our cross reference.

To use the Upload Image Preview, have to do a lot of work. And remove the clutter, have to use Total Installment Arrangement to control the Tick Boxes used and from there, Tick Boxes to control the Show/Hide of the Upload Image Preview. Are there any better apps can be used for more than one picture?

    Question 4:

Generated Emails especially sent to form registrant, can JotForm automatically remove columns which are empty (no data key in from registrant)? Due to us using option choices for registrant, they do not fill up all fields and sometimes skip pages. It would be great if can figure they not see the blank as is not relevance to them.
