Our forms show message that they are disabled. Can we know why?Asked by Wassim on May 19, 2016 at 03:36 PMForm not foundThis form is disabled.
I know sometimes account are suspended for stuff.
Can I know why so I can fix the application?
I took a look at your account and I see 2 issues.
You are using guest account - that means that you did not register for free plan and have much stricter limitations set on it.
This is your guest account: guest_61395599401059
Now next to this, you are asking for password on your forms. This is strictly against our terms of us and will cause your account to be disabled each time.
To rectify this you should remove the same field from your form, or least rename it into something that would make sense for you and your customers, but would not be password (in any form or language).
Once you do and your forms get reactivated, I do suggest registering for a free plan.
