    Change e-mail address

    On my account, I have cloned my Contact form, as I wish to use the exact same form on another website. I have searched through the FAQs for info on how to change the e-mail address on the new form, but have not been able to find it. Can you help please?

    Please follow the simple steps along (click links to see screenshots) :

    1. Login to your account and load your form in the form builder: click "My Forms" > select the form in question by clicking it > click "Edit"

    2. When the form loads, click "Email Alerts" in the toolbar along the top and click the nofication that contains the recipient email you wish to change

    3. Click "Reply-To and Recipient Settings"

    4. Replace the email address in the "Recipient E-mail" field with the new one

    5. Click "Finish" and save the change

    That's it! Now that notification will be sent to the new address. You can do the same with "Notification 2" if you wish. Incidentally, you can have each notification emailed to several recipients.

    Thank you both for your prompt responses! I have been able to change the e-mail alerts, but now have both websites returning to the same page after submitting the form! Site 1 (www.charlottephillips.org) works perfectly, but site 2 (www.yaltahmenuhin.com) returns to site 1 after the form is submitted. Not sure yet how to resolve this, but I'll keep looking. If you have any ideas .....
