    RSS Feed URL Changed With No Warning

    Hi,

    Please explain this ...

    I create an RSS feed that has the location: http://www.jotform.com/rss/52994959858080

    This RSS feed is added to Outlook ... for me to monitor my clients submissions.

    I note that I am not getting much activity in the feeds and so do a test submission on a form. Mmm ... no RSS feed notification. Why?

    I then check the RSS feed address.

    Oh look! Its changed to this: https://eu.jotform.com/rss/52994959858080

    So, it seems that with constant tinkering that you have somewhere made a change that has changed the url for RSS feeds that have already been created ... and that can only mean trouble can't it good people at Jotform?

    So, am I correct in understanding the following answer from Jotform is correct?

    Hi Mark ... yes it seems that the url for RSS feeds has changed. This is most likely the reason that your RSS feeds are now absolutely useless. I suggest you update all your RSS feeds. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for using Jotform. 

    To which my million dollar reply is this ...

    WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME SO THAT i DIDN'T LOOK A MASSIVE **** TO MY CLIENTS?

    I look forward to the response ... and the offer of reimbursement for once again screwing my business up at some fundamental level.

    However, this may all be wrong ... and so i look forward to a response in your defence ... that nullifies your fundamental responsibility

    You are located in the United Kingdom. The URL is pointing to our EU servers so this is more likely related to our EU Safe Zone Forms feature;

    http://www.jotform.com/eu-safe-forms/

    https://www.jotform.com/blog/178-EU-Safe-Forms-Our-Solution-to-the-EU-Safe-Harbor-Invalidation

    But EU or Non-EU RSS URL should work. 

    The RSS URL is from your Clearline - Contact Form with only one (1) submission. You don't have a new submission in the form so I think this is the reason why you are not getting any notification at all. But not unless you have the auto delete app active in your account and for this form. Please confirm.
