Why not all information is in submissions?

Asked by cardstory on March 14, 2012 at 01:10 PM

I've created a form using this advice http://www.jotform.com/answers/63505-Hi-I-would-like-to-have-a-box-to-allow-an-organization-to-select-the-nu. The only difference is that I have 60 matrixes. :)

I filled in the form and submitted it, then I went to submissions to check what I've received. And it turned out that everything ends on the 22nd matrix. Which means I do not receive the information that is in the further fields. Are there any limitations to the size (the number of lines) in the form? Or any limitations to the size of submission?

My form is not in English. ) To see the spinner and matrixes you shouldn't change anything on the first page. Just go directly to the second. There it will be. :)

This would be diue to large number of matrix levels in your form.Although there is no specified limit for the number of rows or columns for the matrix form field. But, for the sake of performance and readability, keep the number at a minimum and reasonable level.

Too many columns or rows may make your form unusable because it will become too big for users with small screens or mobile phone/tablet users. It will also affect the performance for users with slower internet connectivity since it will load significantly solwer than smaller, shorter forms.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
