    My form/account will not sync with infusionsoft.

    Can you please provide the form URL in question so we can check it here?

    Have you tried re-integrate the form to InfusionSoft? Recreating the integration might help.

    I think this is it. I have tried lots of times to integrate, but it gets stuck when loading, after i have authorised.

    I assume you are referring to this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/61425274805354? That form appears to be created from a guest account (guest_61424694186058), which may be why you are having trouble integrating the form with infusionsoft. I would suggest you sign up for a Free account and use the same email address you used to create the form. By using the same email address, the form created on the guest account will automatically be transferred to your registered account. Here's the link where you can sign up: http://www.jotform.com/signup 

    Once you have signed up for a free account, please try integrating infusionsoft with your form again.
