    am creating inquiry form but its not display its gives error from is disable

    We had a brief outage earlier today that has since been fixed.  I sent a test submission through one of your forms and it looks to have gone through without issue.  If you are still having trouble completing a submission through any of your forms, let us know which form and we will be happy to have another look.
