Email Notifications Stopped Working

    My email notifications worked fine during the first few months, then they stopped working toward the end of April. After the beginning of the following month (May), they started working again. This made me wonder if there is a quota on how many email notifications are allowed to be transmitted within a given month.

    I received 356 responses on the "free listing" form and 13 on the "book feature" form,  from May 1 - 12. Then they stopped coming in.  

    Email notifications stopped in April as well but then the emails began to arrive for May. Now May's notifications have stopped.  

    I have not changed anything in my Microsoft email account.

    Please help.

    I took a look at your emails, but I can not find any one of them failing. What I think is happening is that the emails might be going to your spam / trash folders instead of failing.

    Please do check them out and let us know if you do not find them there. I also suggest checking with Microsoft support just to confirm if they are being accepted on your side - since as I said, there are no error logs with emails that would suggest that any of them failed.

    I was on the bounce list. I removed it and had not had a chance to update my ticket but I hope that is what it was. It is not going into my spam or trash.
