New Preferences UI: Cannot hide empty fields on email notifications

    I used to see an option to hide fields that are empty on the email notifications under Properties; however, I don't see that option anymore as the page I used to use looks different. Is this option located somewhere else on the page now?

    The hide empty fields on emails option is not currently available in our new UI. We have sent a request to our developers to add that option to the new UI.

    In the meantime, you can enable it via old UI. To switch between original and new UI use the next links.

    Hello GDBAtraining,

    We've removed Hide Empty Fields option from UI and made it enabled for all form by default.

    It should working as expected for your notification and autoresponder emails now.
