Why do I not receive a notification e-mail when my customer submits a registration?

    my website is www.masnj.org

    i used to recieve an e mail every time any one register on the website

    since 5/17/2016 i did not recieve any notification even though people are registering

     i confirm that when i logged on the account

    the user name is

    masnjoperations

    I checked our mail logs for your email address mahmoodzaitr@yahoo.com and it appears that previous emails did fail to send.

    However, email notifications from May 23 are now being sent successfully. The issue appears to be resolved. You should receive the next emails to your address without any problem.
