    PLEASE HELP!!!!

I hope this is a quick fix, but I copied a form and then changed some of the fields. However, when the form is submitted it doesn't show most of the new fields.

    Hello egipson,

It appears you have made edits on your email alert, then you have made changes on your form. Please take note that once you have made changes on your email notification, it will no longer update its contents once you make further changes with your form.

The easiest way to resolve this is to delete your existing email notification and create a new one. Here are some guides which may help walk you through on how to create email alerts to replace your existing ones:

If you have questions, please do let us know.

    Thanks.

    I am a little confused.
How will deleting the email notification I have (which is correct and only
coming to me)... fix my issue of how the form looks when I receive it
versus how it looks when the user submits.
I am NOT able to see their responses to new fields.
    Please help with this...

    Hello,

Simply put, you have an altered email notification settings which no longer updates whenever you add, remove, modify fields in your form, and the template variables in your email notification settings do not match the fields in your form. That is why you are not receiving on your email alert the matching questions and answers submitted.

As I have mentioned earlier, a simple solution is replace the email notification by deleting it and creating a new one. To have better understanding of what I'm saying, just add a new one and compare it with the old one. There is no limit to the number of email notifications you can add to your form, but in order to properly identify each email notification you receive on your inbox, please separate them with different subject lines.

Please let us know if you need further clarification on this matter.

    Thanks.
