I created an encrypted form but didn't download the public or private keys during creation.  Now I receive a response and I can't read it.  What to do?

You will need the private key to be able to open/view the submissions of the encrypted form.

Unfortunately, if you loose possesion of the private key, there is no other means to view the submission of the encrypted form.

Your option for now will be to disable the encryption so that you can view new incoming submissions.

If you enable the encryption again, make sure to download and secure the private key. You will need this to view the submissions.

Take note that the previous encrypted submissions (without private key) will still not be available even if you have now generated the new private key.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
