My name is Derek Phillibert and I work for the Philadelphia Fire Department and we pay for your services. Last week our account was changed and I had someone change the account back to Economy Plan. I was then informed that on May 21, 2016 we were scheduled to be charged for the renewal of the Economy Plan. It has been a couple business days after May 21, 2016 and I still cannot generate an invoice. Please let me know what I can do.

You should be able to get your invoice from the account, under Billing section - How-to-check-invoices.
