inserting a picture

Unfortunately, it's unclear what you mean with just the title 'inserting a picture'. If what you mean is to add a picture on the form, you can check this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/blog/13-More-Options-for-Adding-Images-to-Your-Forms

But if what you mean is adding an image on your products, you can do this by opening your payment wizard and proceed going to the product items page

Select the product and below the product details where you you can add the description and price, you will see Image URL (Optional), add the link to the image there.
