I see that you have recently upgraded your account to Storage Plan. However, It also appears that you have exceeded the limit for receiving payments. Please note that when a user is on the Storage Plan, they can only receive a total 10 payments per month. You have received more than 10 payments this month, so that is why you got the email.
You will have to wait until the first day of the next month (June 1st) for the payment counter to reset to 0. Alternatively, you can upgrade your account to a higher plan so you can receive more payments per month.
