Old form is not changed when I publish a new form on Facebook PageAsked by ciobnu_alex on May 25, 2016 at 07:23 AM
I have a MAJOR problem with publishing of my form, formID=61452287188362.
Every time I go to publish it on facebook, the form showing up is not the one with the changes I made,
but the very old form my collegue used before. I tried numerous ways, publishing from another account,
cloning or even making a new form and facebook page still shows the old form.
Could you please look into it? The wrong one showing up has app/684336108254110 at the end.
The form you see in the screenshot is NOT the form that I published.
I suggest to delete the JotForm App in your Facebook page first.
Here's a visual guide:
Then add the correct form again to your Facebook page. Make sure to publish it on the correct Facebook Page.
Hope this helps!
