We are on the Gold plan but I'm having emails saying we are over quota

Dear JotForm,

It says in the account that we are on the gold plan (we are a school, so I believe we got this at a discounted rate), but I'm having e-mails saying we are over quota. 

Can you please let me (xxx) know what's going on?

Yes, the account surveys504 is subscribed to our Gold Plan. The domain highgateschool.org.uk has a few accounts with us and all of them are on the Free Plan. Most of the accounts have reached their limits and I'm sure this is the email that you received. Please re-check again. The email should mention the username.
