EXTREMELY URGENT: Can't Download Uploaded Documents

Hi JF,

 

We're experiencing a global issues downloading all uploaded files to forms. This is extremely urgent as we're receive dozens a day. Can you please assist ASAP?!?

Can you please indicate the Form and files you are having issues downloading. I have just reviewed one the forms, EZ Follow Up Form, and was able to download an image file with no problems.

 

Must have been temporary. Everything seems to be working now.
