Email Notifications not working

    I've experienced the issue of email notifications & responses not working repeatedly and on multiple forms.  The responders will work fine for awhile and then suddenly stop.  It happens repeatedly even after being corrected.  The IT guy has listed JotForm on our servers as an OK site and this continues to be an issue.  


    It's becoming a frustration point because I rely on the email confirmation going to the user to tell them next steps in the process. Also rely on the notifier to signal action on the part of employees.  I have a paid account.

    How can we keep notifiers and auto-responses functioning correctly and consistently?  Seems some email accounts automatically reject Jot Form emails without any notice to the user.  I've told them to check junk mail filter with nothing located in there either.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Is it happening with any particular email addresses or JotForms? Generally, the emails will not be delivered when there is any misconfiguration in the email setup wizard or when the email is added to the bounce list. Emails will be added to the bounce list, when the emails are failing repeatedly to deliver. You may remove the email address from the bounce list by following the guide How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list

    You may check the email history log of your account to see if the emails are sent successfully or failed. We also request you to go through the guide below that can help you in troubleshooting email delivery issues.
