I have 7 forms on your system and do not receive email notifications.I receive notification of payment from paypal but not an email of the form submission so I need to log onto your site to retrieve the information/order details. I am hoping to go live with the website and upgrade my account with yourselves but before doing so I need this problem resolving,

Kindly inform your ISP/Email host to whitelist the following Jotfrom IPs, it may be blocking these forms from being delivered to you.
Can you please try having these IP addresses added to your whitelist?
You can also edit/chnage mail of submission and check if it worsk out; http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
