Upgraded form to bronze level yesterday and now nobody can see the form to apply!!

    Please help get this form back online as soon as possible for all of our applicants trying to enter the art show.

    Can you please verify the account you upgraded is correct? Your account, lmj1234, is indeed upgraded to a Bronze plan, but does not have any forms created. The form in question belong to another account which is has FREE account (MelindaBurt).

    I had Melinda Burt helping me at one point. It does look like the Art in the Garden 2016 form with 21 submissions is under her name. I need to upgrade that account so that others can apply to the Art Show. Can you switch the Bronze level upgrade to her account?

    Unfortunately, we can't move a plan to different account. You will be required to upgrade the other account so the forms will be active.

    We can downgrade and give you the refund of your current bronze plan. If you wish this, please let us know.
