I purchased a one month bronze plan then downgraded to a one year storage plan because I want bronze for one month but then to continue only with unlimited storage. In the past, if I downgraded it wouldn't take effect until the previous plan ran its course. That didn't happen this time. I currently have an unlimited storage plan but have paid for it and the bronze.
Do I get refunded for the plan I owned only for a matter of seconds?

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. I did check your account and found that your bronze monthly subscription was auto renewed but then you again upgraded to "JotForm Storage Yearly" with $50. It seems you again switched subscription back to bronze monthly subscription plan which has given you a credit balance of $31. Do you actually want us to refund this $31 amount you want to switch to yearly storage plan?
