    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I see that your account was upgraded to Bronze Biyearly subscription plan using Purchase Order. It looks like a technical glitch that changed the account status to Free. I have now changed the status to Bronze and activated your account. Everything should be fine now.
