I have deleted all of the forms and submissions from my account, except for 5 new forms (no submissons yet); but my account is still showing as having used 56mb of my upload limit.
How can I reset this so that I have a full 100mb upload limit?

Sorry for the delay with the recalculation of the storage. I have sent a request to our system to recalculate your account usage. Please allow one hour for the changes to reflect.

The upload space is still showing you have 54.17mb. I will now escalate this issue to our developers so that they can take a look at it. We'll let you know via this thread once an update is available.
Thank you for your patience.

URGENT! - This issue has still not been resolved and it is stopping our customers from submitting their forms.
Our upload limit should have reverted back to 0MB at the start of this month. Could you please reset this or raise the limit asap.

This has been already reported to our second level, and flagged as a very important matter, you will be updated via this thread once this gets fixed.

Thank you. I understand that the upload limit does not reset each month but should reduce when we delete submission that contain uploads. When we originally deleted previous submissions in May the upload limit did not reduce and this is why we have now reached our limit.
Can you raise the limit until the matter is resolved as this is a real problem for us, and it is being caused by a fault within Jotform.

The only way to increase the upload limit is by upgrading the account to any of our paid plans that best suits your upload storage needs: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
Otherwise, we will need to wait until the counter gets fixed by our developers.

My issue is that we have only used 44MB of upload space, and should have 100MB in total, so I don’t understand why we need to upgrade to another storage plan?
The other 56MB has already been deleted.

We understand that you have deleted submissions our to free up space, but the counter isn't resetting, that's why my colleague escalated this issue to our second level, we have tried manually resetting the counter, but it's not taking effect.
I have tried resetting it to zero, and it seems to have worked, please confirm.
