Email notification not working randomly

    Email notification (to my email) of submissions seem to be working randomly.  Some forms I do get them, some I don't and now this one completely stopped working after getting one after the last submission on 3/12/16. Could you help me understand why this might be happening?  I am missing things because I'm not getting the emails when I know I have it set up.  I have re-checked the email address each time and it's correct.  And why would it work and then not suddenly?

    I checked our logs for the address in your form and indeed, the emails were failing to be delivered.  It looks like your address was rejecting notifications as spam for a period of time.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again.  For more information on how to prevent this from happening in the future, please see the following guide:
