Emails not being received

    We have created a form that has a notifier being sent to 3 separate email addresses, as well as a received response to the user filling out the form. While testing, the email going to the user completing the form is being sent immediately after submission. However, none of the other emails are going through. Although the emails are different, they are all sent to the same network (@mohawkind.com). I checked the emails list under history and several times it states that the email failed to send, but it also says that it was successful, yet nothing came through. Please help!

    If you are still having trouble with your notifications after whitelisting our domains and IP's with your email provider, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
