It all seems to be set up OK up not submission got through to my zoho account..
What can i do?
The form is the one towards the bottom on this page in the middle

To my understanding you are having issues with the Zoho CRM Integration not sending submissions through to your Zoho Account.
Was this a problem on your form before or did this just start now after trying to integrate it?
I checked on your integration and I can see it's sucessfully authenticated so that means it is connected to your account properly.
However, I believe the problem with this is due to you not having any labels on your fields so the integration thinks there's nothing there. That is probably then causing the zoho not to understand the data is mapped to it properly and so it is therefore ignored completely.
You can work around that issue by setting your labels for each but have them hidden with css to see if this helps to correct the problem for you.
