How can drop down menus display on my Blackberry?

Asked by MartyG on March 15, 2012 at 06:30 PM

My form has many dropdown menus on it. When I go to the mobile-friendly (.mobi) version of my website using an iPhone or Android smartphone, the dropdowns display and function fine.  When using a BLACKBERRY (Storm 2, model 9550): 1) if my Jotform is in javascript, the form does NOT display at all (on both the dotcom and dotmobi versions of my website), and 2) when the form is in iFrame format, all items on the form display fine, except the dropdown menus do NOT display (the dropdown images actually look corrupted). What can I do so my dropdown menus display and function correctly from the mobile version of my website using a Blackberry.  My Jotform form is on the "Order-Personal" page of my website.

    @ MartyG

I have reviewed the source code in your page, it is still a javascript one

What you need to do is :

Go to your form and copy from it the iframe code

    it starts with <iframe ;"

check for the  TAG  scrolling and change it  to  "yes", by default it comes "no" and tell me what happens.

Unfortunately I don't have at hand a device like those to reproduce the error.

But you still experience issues. Let us know and we will assign this to second level .

    Jeanette bmz:

I followed your advice and changed the NO to YES...but, while using my Blackberry, I still can NOT see my Jotform form when accessing my .com site.  I cannot check my .mobi right now, but if the form is not visible on my .com site, then I cannot use the form!  I hope you have other options for me to try. Thanks.
