We use original PayPal Pro APIs (Website Payments Pro 3.0) in our PayPal Pro integration.

As far as I understand, you have signed up for a newer version of PayPal Pro (Payments Pro 2.0) which is not compatible with our integration.

Unfortunately, we cannot fix this from our side. If you would like to use our PayPal Pro integration, you will need to get a Website Payments Pro 3.0 PayPal account. Also, to be able to accept subscription payments you will need a recurring payments option enabled for your PayPal Pro account.

    Alternative options:

    1) PayPal Standard integration. It redirects user to the PayPal website to complete the transaction.

    2) Stripe integration. Works similar to the PayPal Pro (no redirect to the payment getaway) and has no monthly charge, also no additional charge for recurring payments.

    3) Other payment integrations.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
