I checked the logs and did not find anything wrong with the email deliveries to your email address:
If you can't find the email alerts to your inbox, please try checking your spam folder. If it's still not there, and if you are using an email client application such as Eudora or MS Outlook, please check your inbox on your webmail and check the spam folder there.
The reason for the above mentioned is that emails on the mail server that land somewhere else aside from the inbox are not getting downloaded by the mail client app. This results to what are considered lost emails.
However, if the emails are still not found in your webmail's spam folder, please contact your mail service provider (web host) and inquire regarding the lost delivery on emails. If in case there is need for the JotForm IPs to be whitelisted, you may provide them the information on the IPs and domains found here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
