Date and Year not showing in the email I receive after form submission

    I am using two encrypted forms with date and time field but when I receive email after form submissions it does not display date and year for the form field "Preferred Appointment Time", it displays only month and time. For more details find attached the screenshot.

    I have tried cloning your JotForm to my account and see that the date is displaying normally in the notification that I received on my test submission. Could you try adding a new notification to your JotForm and see if that works well? If that works, you may delete the old notification from your JotForm.

    Kiran, I also tried by adding new notification as the link you sent and removed the old notification but still it is same.

    Please help me out.

    Could it be due to encrypt form? Because When I selected "No" for encrypt form data then it is showing full date with month, date and year.

    But I need encrypt data form. Please guide me.

    From my tests this is a general situation with the date/time field and not only affecting this form. I have forwarded this situation to our developers so they can analyse it better.

    We have released a patch that should fix this bug. Can you please confirm if the date control is now being decrypted properly on your end?
