Accidentally paid wrong account

    We accidentally paid wrong account, any way to restore all entries that came in since 2 hours ago that the submissions were halted?

    I have checked the activity logs of your account, Toppik, and it looks like you upgraded in time - before the overlimit kicked in and disabled your forms. This means that access to your forms was uninterrupted, and you can see all submissions made on your form by following this guide:

    As a brief explanation, the account doesn't get disabled at the very moment it goes into overlimit status. Instead, an email is sent to the account owner (which you've received today), and disabling of forms is scheduled for a few hours later. Since you upgraded your account in the meantime, your forms were not disabled and continued to function during this period.
