    Problem with specific domain name ending (.cy) for eMail notifications

    We are testing JotForm to confirm that is appropriate to use for our company, so that we may upgrade to a paid service.

    We have the following problem:
    When sending notification eMails to addresses ending in .com.cy (ie oratis@infotrends.com.cy), it seems that the eMail message does not go through. We have tried addresses ending in .eu (ie oratis@infotrends.eu) and everything seems to be in order.

    Nevertheless, the domains ending in .com.cy  are very important to us, as most of our users are based in Cyprus where this domain ending is very common.

    Please help or advise, so that we can decide on using JotForm or not.

    Hi there,

    According to our email logs, notifications were successfully sent to your .com.cy email. Could you please recheck your mail inbox/spam folder and reply us about the situation?

    Also, can you please whitelist the following JotMails IP Addresses to your .com.cy mail provider side? See if this helps.

    Furthermore, please ensure that noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list.

    We are hosting our own mail server for the infotrends.com.cy domain.

    We use Kerio Mail Server and I have checked the logs. No message arrived to be rejected either by a Spam filter or a blacklist.

    Please advise.

    You can also configure your Autoresponder to use an actual sender email address noreply@jotform.com to see if that makes any difference.

    Note that we have just tested a different eMail address ending in .com.cy as follows:
    demekou@cytanet.com.cy

    It does not work for this address either so the issue must be definitely with you.

    Please advise.

    Please note that withour changing the Sender eMail address, messages will be delivered to eMail addresses with domains other than xxxxxx.com.cy.

    The address currently listed in the Senders eMail address orders@lavacyprus.com is an existing address anyway,

    I have checked your email address "demekou@cytanet.com.cy" by my own form, and email is marked as Sent.
