How can I edit (remove) some countries in the address question

I need to remove some countries in the address question and also not have United States appear as the first in the list or the 'Other country option at the end of the list.  I may also need to add some other options to the list.  How can I get to the HTML code? or is there another way? 

Sorry if this is answered somewhere, but I cannot find an answer on the site.

There are two workarounds for that.

1. Download your form sour source code and modify the countries within the source code. 

2. Or use a separate drop down field for your country field. You can fill whatever countries you want in the drop down option.
