How to put a link in the default Thank you page?

    Hi I am wondering how I get a return home button after the submit successful page opens from my sign up page?

    You can just put a text link in the Thank You page directing to the form. You just need to type the text and highlight it. After highlighting it, click the "Insert/edit Link" button and paste the URL of your form. Here's a screen capture:
