Email Notifications: Why I'm not receiving email notifications from submitted forms?

    Non mi arrivano più mail che mi notifica la compilazione dei moduli.

    Eppure c'è la specifica

    If I can understand you correctly, this is related to emails, I have checked the email address you're using in your forms and I can see it is in our bounce list, below is the reason: 

    Reason(s) : Complain about message from AmazonSES

    I would suggest you to follow the steps on this guide in order to set up your email notifications to avoid bouncing: How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    If the issue still persists, then you should ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
