Omar, I tried the Currency Converter Widget just now and it is working as expected.
Here's a demo:
Tested both on Chrome and Firefox, worked perfectly.
May I suggest to recreate the Currency Converter Widget in your form and check it again. See if that makes a difference, if not, please let us know the form you're working on with this widget so we can inspect it here.

Upon checking further, it seems the conversion isn't working. It continues to load infinitely after clicking the convert button. Is this the same problem you have encountered?
I have raised this to our developers for a resolution. We will let you know once this is fixed.
