Your account was autosuspended by our phishing detector due to violation of jotform's terms. I would like to inform you that collecting login credentials (username and password) is strictly not allowed.
Here's an excerpt from our terms:
Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials.
If you want the suspension on your account to be removed, I would suggest you delete the forms that are violating our terms.
Once you have deleted the forms, let us know on this thread and we will promptly remove the suspension on your account after checking. Regards.
