I cannot log into my account and the "forgot password?" link is not working.

When you try to reset your password, enter this email address s***e.g***e@a****g***********ng.com, that is the email address related to your account and an email will be sent there.
I have also checked your email address and it is in our bounce list so this is the reason why you were not receiving the email with the reset instructions, I have removed it from there and you should receive the email now.
Please try again and let us know if you're still unable to receive the email.
