Draw on Image widget: Background image of the widget is not shown when Print button on the form is used

    When the draw on Image widget is used and than the print button is hit it only shows the drawing not the image that is drawn on.  How can I get the background image that's drawn on to print also?

    I have tested this and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. Background image is not shown when I used print button on the form. I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved. 

    For now you can use Print button on submission page of your form. When Print button on submission page is used background image is shown. It the image is not shown first time close the print screen and reopen it.

    You can now print the background as well.

    Hi, It works for this one form , I need it to work on all my forms, What was done to fix it so I can repeat it on the other forms.

    I have checked your three other forms and background image of the Draw on Image widget is shown when I printed them.

    Can you please provide us ID of the forms in which background image of the Draw on Image widget is not shown when from is printed.

    If the problem persist please try with some other browser or on some other device.

    Our developer informed me that most likely your browser cache is causing this issues. Please test your form with a different browser.
