    I have three forms that I accidentally shared as form templates. I've tried to remove them using the above links, but they don't allow me to un-publish. Ideas?

    I have checked all three forms on your account Goff5 and non of them is shared as template.

    As you can see Share as Template option is available. It seems that you have successfully unshared your forms. If you have issues with some other forms on some other account, please provide us ID of those forms.
