    Changes made in designer are not being applied.

    Hello - 

     

    Upon trying to edit/ fix one of my forms via the "Designer" function, nothing changes when editing. Wondering if the designer functionality side of things is broken?

    I checked your form and noticed the same, when I opened the form  in the designer tool and tried to change the font color to red it did not work, the style seems to be removed as well sine it is displaying blank now. 

    Although you still can make changes on form preferences, I will report this issue to our second level, our developers will take a look into it and we will notify you when this is resolved.

    Perfect thanks so much for the feedback on this issue.
    I’ve uncovered another issue however, related to new fields added to the form. We’ve added this new field "How often do you purchase lyrically based music (singing/ talking/ vocals...etc)?” and while we can see these form changes on the backend (within JotForm) and on our website (where we embedded the code), this new field doesn’t show up on when we get a “hey…someone filed out your form recently” email. Strange. Would you please look into this as well? Please see the attachments below for further clarity around this issue. Please let me know if you have any other questions, I’m happy to assist. =]
