I want to check the data on my form, but I indicates the application that do not exist.

My colleague has already made a follow up report on this. We just got news from our developers that this should now be fixed. Could you please try again?
If you are still unable to view the data correctly, please do try enabling the "Europe Datacenter" in your account, I see that you are in Spain which is in Europe region.
