Is there any way to validate an e-mail address with 2 fields where the second must be like the first?

    Yes this is possible to have email validation. I have given you links on how to find work around about this issue;

    You can validate an email address by clicking on textbox element, then click on validation above and select email, check my Screenshot:

     But, if you mean validating fake emails or unregistered emails then it is not possible for JotForm.

    The answer by emrew86 on January 26, 2012 say its implemented, but my property window do not have this settings (Conformation and Conformation Hint Example).
    How come?

    It appears that you are using Form Tools > Text Box for the email address field. Conformation and Conformation Hint is not available for a Text Box.

    Instead, please use Quick Tools > E-mail

    You should then be able to find the options you are looking for.
