Why is my downloaded account Data Export empty?

    I'm trying to export and download my data, and can successfully download a ZIP file, but when I look inside the ZIP file it appears to be empty. Is this feature not working as it should, or am I doing something wrong?

    We do apologize about any inconveniences that you might be experiencing with data exports.

    I've tested this on my end and it is working normally as of right now.

    Can you try it again and let us know if the same problem happens again or not?

    If for some reason it happens again can you please answer the following questions below:

    (1) What browser|browser version are you using?

    (2) What OS do you have?

    (3) And what are program are you using to view|unzip the file with?
