Nobody is being able to send the form... I tried too... Did not succeed either... What should I do?

    I have tried submitting your JotForm and was able to send my test submission without any issue.

    Are you still experiencing any issue with the form? If so, please let us know if the form is embedded on any of the web pages. Please provide us with the URL of the web page where your JotForm is embedded so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
